Current Statistics: Including our blog, we receive 4,500 page views each day. In the past month we have attracted about 150,000 page views! Our readers are split mainly between Canadian and US and the majority are women between the ages of 26 and 45.
We LOVE doing giveaways and our audience loves them too. If you are interested in booking a giveaway, we run just a couple each month- so best to book early. Giveaways can be included in your advertising package or purchased separately for $350. Included in our giveaway package, we also share the giveaway on our Twitter Feed (5,000+ followers) as well as on Facebook (nearly 5,000 friends and followers). The giveaway posts are written by Meghan in a very editorial, well researched and genuine manner. Her authority as a healthy living expert and certified nutritionist gives her readers confidence in all that she recommends. We also share the giveaways in our weekly newsletter that goes out to 6,000 subscribers. Giveaways must be of at least a $100 retail value and all products/services will have to be approved by Meghan. This doesn't always mean tested, but does mean that the ingredients etc. must abide by the Love In The Kitchen philosophy.
