 Simple Supper Stuffed Sweet Potato

Time in the kitchen is sacred for me, as I know it is for so many of you. It is a time to explore, play  and be delighted by a rare activity that actually invites us to use all five of our senses. This year was rather busy for me, with the launch of the Culinary Nutrition Expert Program, along with the release of my (award winning!) book UnDiet. I did make a little magic and here and there, and so here are my top 5 recipes of 2013.
