Cooking Classes
These hands on cooking classes and extended cooking programs are an experience to remember! Meghan leads the class off with a brief nutrition chitty chat, a little demonstration of some fantastic cooking techniques and tricks, introduces the recipes of the class and then together we all get cooking.
Working in pairs, most often, with a class size that ranges from 8-12, we’ll prepare together an amazing healthy meal. Following the cooking, we sit down together to enjoy it, along with great conversation and connections are made. Participants receive handouts of all nutrition information and recipes and of course, any leftovers (though it’ll be so good there may not be anything left!).
Part cooking class, part dinner party, all amazing! All classes are free of gluten, dairy, corn, sugar and potatoes. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.
