Cooking Workshops

These demonstration style workshops are an amazing way to watch, learn, taste and experience how easy it is to make delicious, homemade food.  With a range of topics, there’s a workshop that will suit all nutritional interests and health goals.

Guests are welcomed in with a cup of tea and invited to sit around the dining table as Meghan or one of her guest instructors get to work educating on the topic of choice and preparing great foods.
