Join the team of Meghan Telpner's Culinary Academy for this amazing group of classes. These classes offers a solid foundation for any level of cooking. You might be a master on the BBQ but haven’t a clue what steaming means, you may have cooked all your life with white flour, dairy and sugar and are suddenly at a loss over what to make for best health. Perhaps you are new to a vegetarian lifestyle and trying to find the balance. This series of classes covers it all!

All classes are vegetarian and vegan friendly (we do use some honey), wheat and gluten-free, dairy-free, and we do not use any refined sugars, starches or flours of any kind. We are 100% whole and natural with an emphasis on local and organic whenever possible.
