Great Atmosphere
You created a great atmosphere. Love the space, felt warm and welcoming and was conducive to the whole community cook thang. You have an excellent sense of timing - a solid balance of teaching a cooking - and I didn't feel rushed. Easy recipes - the majority didn't make me think, "I will never be able to do this at home."

Better Than George Brown!
I just wanted to write to say thank you for the wonderful cooking lesson! I was plesantly surprised by the simplicity of the recipes; furthermore completely impressed at the end result. As mentioned during the end of our session, it was even better than the classes I took at George Brown College! I also enjoyed the informal discussions we had on nutrition following dinner. You are incredibly informative and encouraging. I look forward to taking more classes with you.

Always delicious and fun!
Just finished the last class of the 6 weeks last night and I'm sad it's over. All of the recipes were fun and easy and the food was delicious every time. I got to meet some really cool people in a welcoming atmosphere and learned a ton. Super fun and I highly recommend it!

Awesome experience
Thank you, Meghan, for an incredible experience that nourished my body and soul. What an oasis of good health, good energy and good fun you have created in your warm, welcoming kitchen. I learned so much about raw food, sprouted food and superfood from you during the class, but what really made the class special was your infectious enthusiasm for cooking, eating and living well. That, and your sassy and irreverent sense of humour!
Being able to prepare healthy food and then enjoy it with a great group of people was a truly rewarding experience. I got to make new friends and new memories that I won’t soon forget.
I will definitely try to recreate some of these beautiful and delicious meals in my own kitchen, although it won’t be quite the same without a charming hostess like Meghan at the table!
Thanks also go to Kristin for all the great cooking tips, and to Jen, whose hard work (shopping, prepping and cleaning for the classes) and friendly charm made the experience extra-special.

Worth the Drive
I had to travel from out of town every week for this and let me say it was definitely worth the drive. The classes were educational, creative, unique and most importantly, super nutritious. I feel totally equipped to provide healthy meals every day for my family. So much Fun!!! Thanks again, Meghan, Jen and Kristin.

Sad it's over!
I loved every minute of the five-week course - I came away with lots of tips and techniques and a newfound love of raw "spaghetti." The best part of each night? Filling my plate with an amazing veggie feast!!!
