This workshop includes a lecture on the therapeutic properties of specific foods, comparison of common protocols for conditions relating to digestion, inflammation and/or immune health and how and all related conditions can be healed. This workshop is ideal for both sufferers, supporters and health care professionals(doctors and holistic practitioners).

We’ll explore how food and everyday cooking herbs and spices can be used to:

  • Boost immune function
  • Reduce inflammation and inflammatory pain
  • Support digestion
  • Alleviate Autoimmune Suffering
  • Prevent or reverse chronic disease
  • Support conventional treatment

Following a break, we move into the kitchen for a complete demo and sampling of specific healing foods that are easy to make, amazingly delicious and super health supportive. This will bring what we studied in the lecture portion into practice uniting the full workshop.

    This class calms any fear you have about changing youe diet/lifestyle. She is truly a teacher who imparts information in a relaxed, consise and easy to understand format. The key to this class is the food preparation and tasting after she speaks on the whys and hows.   • Informative, enjoyable, useful and fun!

    In a relaxed, cozy, comfortable environment (Meghan's lovely kitchen!) Meghan presents information on healing through foods. Following an introduction where she shares her own touching and amazing personal story, participants learn not only through lecture but also through demonstration how we truly can heal using foods and herbs and the healing impact they can have on the body and well-being. Definitely worth attending, as who in this day and age does not have or know someone with various forms of illness? Highly recommended. Meghan and her team will take care of you from start to finish, upon which you leave with a belly-full of yummy recipe samples!

  • Yummy bites & great big bits of knowledge!!!

    WOW. This workshop was simply amazing. It was 5 hours jam-packed with so much information, great food, fun, and laughter. Meghan's knowledge of the medicinal value of whole foods is astounding, and her personal story an inspiration. I learned well above what I expected, and enjoyed every morsel fo the delish dishes she whipped up for us to try. Left feeling strong, healthy, and impassioned!!

  • A must for everyone

    This workshop was amazing! Meghan presents tons of valuable information about how to heal using food but you walk away feeling empowered rather than overwhelmed. Trying the foods she whips up while keeping everyone entertained with her casual and fun presentation style proves that medicinal foods can also be delicious! I would recommend this class to everyone whether you are actively changing your health and improving your eating habits or if you need that happy, flower-filled little nudge to get you going!
