Taking any of Meghan's cooking and demo classes is an inspiration. She has fun and we have fun watching, doing and learning how to make easy, delicious and healthy meals.
I have been cooking and prepping and shopping for food for a lot of years. It gets to feel like a chore that you would rather not have. But taking Meghan's classes is so inspiring that I look forward to getting great produce and getting into my kitchen and making love. We now eat better than ever and feel great. I follow Meghan's recipes and can improvise and make up my own. I am loving cooking again. thanks Meg.

  • Thank YOU so much

Meghan Telpner and her team are one of a kind! Not only were their services enjoyable and extremely personable, but they were also easy and practical to do once out of the classroom. Meghan prides herself on creating an easy way of cooking that everyone can do amidst their busy lives, and with her steps and tips, it can be done. Oh, and you feel like a seriously good chef doing so! Eating well will no longer take a back seat when it's this simple. Everyone should check out one of Meghan's classes. It would be silly not to support local talent when she is so accessible, genuine, and going to make a serious impact in the lifestyle industry.

  • INSPIRING!!

I took this class on Jan.16/12 and it was awesome. Very inspiring.... I have already made a few of the recipes and am in love with the cilantro pesto... I learned how to prepare Irish Moss and have already tried it - so cool! Lots of great tips to make things easier.. and it motivated me to re-arrange some things in my kitchen too. Thanks Meghan and your team!

  • Awesometown population- the cool folks that attend this course!

This class was even better than I expected and trust me...I was already expecting it to be super wonderful. I couldn't believe all of the variety of delicious dishes/dips/desserts we got to taste! Meghan spoon feeds both your mind and body with pure delight in this workshop. Okay, she doesn't actually spoon feed you per say...but the food is delicious and the workshop is so inspiring. You will leave this workshop feeling like you have just pressed the 're-start' button on your relationship with the kitchen. Definitely worth checking this class out :)
