This program invites you to join all of Meghan's hands on cooking classes and demonstration style workshops. 

This program differs from the full certification course in that everything for this program is in class. There are no take home assignments, research projects, recipe development r co-op hours. This is simply for someone who has a keen personal interest in culinary nutrition, but isn't necessarily looking to make it part of their professional practice.

Curriculum: Fall 2012 Year

  • 10 Week Cooking Program (Beginning September 19th, 2012) (30 hours in class/hands on training)
  • Eight 2-hour Workshops   (20 hours demonstration/education)
  • Attendance at the Foods For Healing workshop, Sunday, November 4th (5 hours demonstration/education)

Please note that registration in this program means that you will be in attendance at all of our Spring 2012 scheduled classes. Classes cannot be taken at times other than what is outlined below. Our regular terms and conditions will apply.

Timing

The Spring course will be run on Monday and Wednesday evenings. The workshops will take place on Mondays, and hands on cooking on Wednesdays. All begin at 6:30 and run for 2-3 hours unless otherwise indicated.

Pricing

Full tuition: $2,050 + HST 
A non-refundable deposit of $500 (payable above) is required to hold your spot in this program, and this deposit will be deducted from the balance owing. 

(Please note that payments are non-refundable- if for any reason you are not able to complete the course, we can not refund any portion of the tuition. Please refer to to terms and condition.)
