Meghan and a member of her team will invite you into her kitchen for an exclusive day of healthy food and lifestyle education. Think of this as Habit-Breaking-Boot-Camp. We are taking the math equation off the plate and getting back to the basics of amazingly delicious, healing and wholesome food.
Together, we will design a program that works with what you are looking to learn- and this can include customizing a program for any specific health and/or dietary needs.

The $800 deposit will reserve your date and is non-refundable. The balance will be due the day of the consultation and payable by cheque. This cost includes all food, recipes, eBooks and package of goodies to get you started once you get home.
