Most workplaces are a bit sick. Seriously.

Just as good habits are contagious, so are the bad and more often than not, it’s the bad habits that take over in the workplace. Bad habits such as skipping meals, ordering fast food, coffee and candy runs, cigarette and coffee breaks. You know what happens next?

Headaches, stomach-aches and indigestion, sleepiness, anxiety, hostility, muscle tension and poor concentration. Long term effects of such stress result in the epidemics of our society like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, weight gain, and diabetes.

Sound familiar?

These are all ailments commonly associated with stress.

It is amazing what a little nutritional support can do for all aspects of our health. That’s where I come in.

As an organization, we are always looking for ways to support our employees' personal goals surrounding health and wellness. We invited Meghan in to do her presentation on The Adrenaline Lunch.
