    Once again, I am blown away by the results I have gotten from one of Meghan Telpner’s programs. She and her team make it fun and easy to follow. I feel like I can commit to sticking with giving gluten the axe for good. I feel less bloated. I feel more energized and am able to fall asleep much quicker. My head is clearer, too!     Signing up for another of your cleanse programs was a no-brainer. After completing the FabDetox, and really embracing clean eating as a lifestyle, the next (obvious) step was to go gluten free.     I did it! I made it through the gluten-free cleanse and felt great the entire way! To be honest, I’ve tried to limit gluten for a while but always seemed to make exceptions for the “sweet treats” that I dearly love! I really felt better on a daily basis. It was great to have your gluten-free guide and recipes to refer to as well as the regular emails to keep me on track. My sister and I both participated which in itself was motivation to keep going. I will try to continue to limit gluten from here on in as I know it is definitely the right choice for me.

    I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the Fab Detox, never having done a “detox” of any sort before. I decided to sign up for the Fab Detox because I’d been feeling run down and kept getting sick, and I really wanted to kick my caffeine and sugar habits. I have two young kids (2 and 5 years old), and I work full-time, so I don’t always get the rest that I need. A couple of months ago, when my daughter was teething, I would usually only get about 2-3 hours of uninterrupted sleep per night. Then to cope with my exhaustion I would turn to coffee and sweets to get me through the day, getting to the point where around 2 pm every day I was like a junkie looking for my fix.

    I already follow a mostly vegetarian diet, with very little dairy and carbs (mostly gluten-free), so that aspect of the detox didn’t change too much for me. The hardest part was giving up the caffeine and sugar, and the first few days were brutal and filled with headaches and dizziness. Once that was over, the twitching in my left eye (that had been driving me CRAZY for months) stopped, and I realized that I no longer craved coffee and sugar.

    During the detox I felt amazing- full of energy and more alert. Some things that I discovered during the detox, and will continue to use: cacao nibs (LOVE them!), green juices and smoothies for breakfast, raw muesli, coconut oil.

    I LOVE that I’m no longer a slave to coffee and sweets, and that I feel satiated… no longer starving, looking for snacks all of the time.

    First off, I want to tell you how much I LOVE you, and your philosophies and your way of being! You have transformed me into a health fanatic and I love it!!

    I did your gluten /dairy free cleanse earlier in the year and it made a huge improvement with my health and I continue to eat this way everyday. And I just finished your detox and I have given up meat in the process and had been feeling great until this week. My symptoms have all come back that I thought I had shed with the gluten. So it makes me think that perhaps I have candida and
    want to explore it more. Makes sense, cut out gluten, wham, feel better. Cut out meat and add more grains into diet and wham, it’s back! Who knows, but I want to get to the bottom of it.

    So..why do I tell you all this? If it wasn’t for your courses, I would have never come to this realization because my naturopath certainly didn’t. And because I know this isn’t your way of eating per se, I wondered if there was anyone you would recommend talking to or following to get some good information on candida. There are so many philosophies out there, it would be nice to follow
    someone you recommend and trust as you’ve probably seen them all and you have an awesome approach to optimal health.

    Thank you so much, and I will still follow you and enjoy your plant based recipes and courses, as do a lot of my friends now as they have seen the drastic improvement in my health and well being. Had you told me a year ago I’d be eating this way and spending half my days in the kitchen preparing to eat this way, I would have told you you were nuts!! So I thank you in every way possible.

    Just finished listening to interview on our local radio station (canoe FM, Haliburton), while at work.
    Googled your name and began to surf your site, amazing, thank you.
    Shocked to hear the negative’s on gluten; hmmm, and I’ve wondered why I feel the way I do…now I know.
    So, I’m seriously considering the cleanse for myself and my husband. We’re both in our 50’s and need to make some healthy changes!
