I am not a nutritionist that will be bought by brands to tout their faux health claims. What are listed here are only the brands and/or products that I know, love and use everyday. These are what we call, around here, Meghan Approved.
In order for a product to be Meghan Approved, ingredient labels must be simple, short, and clean. Cosmetics are non-toxic and low waste. They're brand do their part to build health and support their communities with absolute truth, honesty and integrity. These are brands that are run by people who truly care about raising the bar, and making things better. These are the goods that make our hearts sing, here in the kitchen and at home.
