Lecture Outline: Skipping meals or eating quick lunches (and often breakfasts and dinners) of quick convenience foods may seem like the simplest and cheapest option at the time but there are big prices to pay. Riding through our day on adrenaline impacts all aspects of our life, from how we relate and respond to each other, to how well we can think, to our energy levels and ultimately on our short term and long term physical health. This session explains what is going on when we indulge in the adrenalin lunch and offers easy solutions to get off that ride.
