[Following the Cleanse] I feel great… This is the first 2+ consecutive good days I’ve had in ages. I have to attribute that to the quality of the food I’m eating. Drinking. Whatever. I highly recommend it. And if you don’t or can’t go all-smoothie for days at a time, try having a smoothie for breakfast. Summer is a great time to work raw produce into your diet. 1 handful spinach
1/2 zucchini
1/2 cup fresh coconut or 1/4 cup dried
1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 handful beet greens
1/2 cucumber
2 cups water

1 cup berries

1 lemon, juiced
handful collards
1/2 an apple

I love how convenient it is to consume more servings of fruit and veggies than I would on a normal day, especially leafy greens which are rich in minerals and vitamins like K, C, and E.
