    One of my favourite things about the UnDiet programme is that we can go at
    our own pace (hello, summer vacation; and hello, super-busy at work because
    everyone else is on vacation!), and have full access to everything later. This has
    been great for playing catch-up and to use for reference.

    But my absolute favourite thing about the UnDiet programme is still in progress,
    and that’s the community that you (and we all) are building around whole foods,
    healing, and health. The twitter and blog comment support is great, and is so
    inspiring to see the community grow and be able to continue to share new
    recipes, ideas and questions. Along with the FabDetox, this has been a great
    resource for me in the past year and I really look forward to continuing as a
    member of this ongoing and growing community.

    First off, thank you for bringing your classes to the internet! I’ve been itching to take one and this was the perfect opportunity.

    - Video quality was awesome.
    - Meghan, your quirkiness and positivity was a welcomed sight every week. You kept things lite, humorous and fun!
    - The material was broken down into small bite-size pieces, and given out over the span of a few weeks. So much easier to digest (get it?).

    First, Meghan, I really love your blog and appreciate all the recipes you have
    posted. I started following your blog because my boyfriend has Crohn’s and
    we’re always looking for ways to improve our diet to help him heal and eventually
    hopefully also be able to get off any medication. If we lived in Toronto, we would
    definitely come by your kitchen and take some classes! Unfortunately we’re in
    Ottawa so that’s not possible which is why I was so happy to see that you were
    also offering online classes!

    The online format worked perfectly for me since it gave lots of flexibility and I
    have been able to refer to the videos again and again as well as the worksheets.
    I think the things I appreciated the most was the tips on storing and prepping
    vegetables….especially the lettuce! We are making green juices every morning
    so the veggie prep has been very helpful in saving us time! We also started
    planning our meals for the whole week, which is nice because it helps save time
    but more importantly makes sure we’re balancing what we’re eating throughout
    the week.

    Overall I really enjoyed the program and have made some real shifts in how I go about food preparation.  I don’t particularly like to cook so this is a big deal.  I call myself Vegan-ish … as I’m nearly 100% vegan at home and pescatarian out of the house.  Works for me.  The program was very well thought out and the modules built nicely upon one another.

    I think all aspects of it are ahhh-mazing!
    The videos make meal prepping fun to watch. Meghan’s energy is high and contagious and makes it exciting to learn more about healthy prepping. I think my favourite part of the entire program are the downloadables. They
    are easy to read and full of oddles of great information. I especially love the templates for the meal planning, shopping list and schedule. They really resonated with me as it was the vital tool I was missing to make healthy eating easier for me. The recipes included were such a great bonus!

    Overall I know I’ll be returning again and again to continue to learn from this course. Way to go! Way to make a difference in our world in such a beautiful way. These online courses are going to change the world, one person and family at a time!

    I really like the flexibility of the program. I am currently taking online university classes and I am liking this learning online! Since I can’t take many in classroom courses on account of living in Ottawa, I am really liking being able to go at my own pace and go through the modules.     I loved the course. It really made me take that extra step in thinking about and preparing my meals and has made my week so much easier. I used to spend hours a day prepping meals but with the tid bits I took away from each module I have begun prepping everything on Sundays. I found the worksheets extremely useful and have printed them all out along with menu plans and put them in a binder. Although I knew a lot of the information already, my boyfriend watched every video with me and I think it helped get him on the same page when it comes to food preparation (which is extremely helpful!). The only problem that I had is that I never could get access to the recording of the second online video class. I am not sure why this happened as I tried three different browsers (chrome, firefox, safari). Other than that everything was seamless and I am looking forward to joining the next online course.

I can’t say that I’ve created any recipes really, as I’m still gradually stocking my supplies and learning how to cook / live in an entirely new way and it’s a huge undertaking.     The program is amazing. Almost immediately from the access of the first videos I was wowed and thought what have I done. I want to upgrade and I am in the process of trying to do that. It is worth every penny.

    The way Meghan makes the recipes flexible and what to do with them is great. Salads were boring in the past, now their fun. My son has been asking why I am adding nuts or dried fruit. I ask back does it taste good and yes it does.

    The salad dressings are amazing simple and so much better for us…..and the whole family is using them instead of the store crap.

    I have been planning on how to organize my kitchen. I have always had a lot of superfoods and never know what I have. My goal in the next month is to organize better and use up things that are amazing to my body.

    I was so excited to see an online class and i was interested in this class when i saw it. So it was a double whammy for me. I went through it quickly. Then im going through it again to soak the juicy info. The video quality was impressive.
    Meghan has a way to explain everything so clearly. She’s funny and very witty. I got my kitchen all organized and the working sheets (pdf’s) are in a binder with tabs to separate the modules. I cleaned out my recipe book with tabs. Tried a few recipes. Started to do meal plans and grocery list for the week. So far so good. Im still learning and going to keep going at it.

    I thought the program was great, lots of information, recipes links, I am still reading it and going over it. The first time I read it I just wanted to read everything so quickly, now I am taking it a piece at a time. I am motivated every time I read your newsletters and your information. It is awesome.     A great companion to Undiet the book. Top-notch videos, awesome PDF downloads–this has it all! As a newbie to cooking (and someone who doesn’t really enjoy cooking period), I found it fun and accessible. Can’t believe I’m actually making almond milk, granola and quinoa salad! Still got tons to learn and try, but this course makes it accessible and fun. Thanks Meghan for all the awesome teachings!
