- Paying for your Meghan Telpner Inc. order constitutes the acceptance of our terms and conditions outlined below.
- Registration and payment for classes/workshops/events is non-refundable. Due to the limited class size, we can not offer you a refund should you have to cancel. The class however is completely transferable. Should you be unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place. Unfortunately, should you be unable to find a replacement, we can not offer a make-up class or transfer your registration to another workshop.
- Due to limited class sizes, we are unable to reserve spots in any classes or retreats without payment. Should you choose to pay by cheque, should that class fill before your cheque is received, we will send it back, or you can choose for us to hold payment towards an upcoming class.
- Registration and Payment for retreats Retreats with Meghan Telpner Inc. are paid directly to Meghan Telpner Inc. through this website or through a pre-agreed method. Payment of a deposit indicates that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
- Goods remain the property of Meghan Telpner Inc. until payment is received in full.
- Most Meghan Telpner Inc. items are registrations and/or digital downloads, but there is a possibility that certain items may be temporarily sold-out. In this case, we will indicate online that this item is currently not available. In this situation, please check back soon to see the status of your desired item/class/retreat
- We strive to create educational materials that would be of interest. This is not to be taken as medical advice. Please always consult your physician before taking on any new diet or lifestyle practice.
- E-books are sold as electronic documents. Hard copies are not available at this time unless specified on the product page.

Terms And Conditions On eBooks, guides and MP3s
- Download links for e-products (books, guides and mp3 lectures) are valid and functioning for one (1) download per link.
- It is the sole responsibility of customer/purchaser to know where downloaded files end up on their own computer systems and to back-up any downloadable products. Meghan Telpner Inc. is not responsible for lost documents, crashed computers etc. and will not send any additional download links for lost/misplaced files. Would you call Amazon if you left a book on an airplane asking them to replace it?
- Once your download link is sent to you, it is your responsibility to download all documents in a timely manner.
- Any box-set collection or packaged group of products is sold as a set. We are unable to swapping other products in place of ones that are part of that collection, even if you have already purchased on separately, received as part of a registration with a class or in any other manner. A set is a set and is sold as is.
Shipping Fees
There are no shipping/delivery fees on any of the items currently available through Meghan Telpner Inc.
Delivery
Delivery of e-books or documents to accompany class registration should be received within 5 minutes of placing order. This an automated process and should function efficiently 24hrs.day. If you do not see an email with a confirmation and link to download your product please do the following:
- Confirm that payment went through
- Confirm that you entered the correct email address
- Confirm that the document did not go to any other folders, such as junk/trash
All orders will have a receipt number. If you are not sure whether a purchase went through email customercare@meghantelpner.com and someone will look into the matter and get back to your within two business days.
Returns
If the item(s) you have ordered is unsuitable, please contact us within 24 hours of download. Email us at hello@meghantelpner.com detailing the items being returned along with your order receipt number and reason for return. We may not be able to return documents depending on timing, special offer, and number of download attempts

Shipping & Returns
Provide Correct Shipping Address
Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address for Canada Post and/or UPS deliveries. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete! Meghan Telpner Inc. is not liable for an incorrect delivery address, though we'd love to feed the world, I am sure you want what you ordered for you, not your neighbour.
Packages ship with Canada Post or UPS depending on the size, weight and destination. Please indicate in the Notes section if your delivery address has any limitations or special instructions. If this note is missing, and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any and all reshipping fees.
When Will You Get Your Stuff?
All orders with leave the Love In The Kitchen Headquarters within 96 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend will not be filled until the following business day. Orders typically arrive to their destination within 6-10 business days, but delivery can take up to three weeks. These packages are NOT insured with the post office. If you would like your package insured, you can email our customer care department and we can make arrangements to send your package Express Mail International. Shipping costs are usually doubled when using the Express method of delivery.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We are currently only shipping hard goods within Canada. Once we get this running like a well oiled machine we plan to start shipping heath around the world. In the meantime, save some fossil fuels and see if you can find a supplier a little closer to home if Canada is not where you call home.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size of the item you are purchasing and it's weight. We did this because sometimes things are heavy and come in small packages, and sometimes things are light and come in little packages. Sometimes things are small and cost a lot and sometimes things are big and cost very little. So went with size and weight to keep it fair.
Expedited Shipping:
We offer Expedited Shipping on most orders. Paying for Expedited Shipping gets your order out a little bit faster.
We will ship your order as fast as your paid shipping allows.
If you would like your package to have Overnight or 1-2 day guaranteed shipping service, please give us a call and we'll see what we can swing.
*Expedited shipping does NOT apply to Free shipping (orders over $300 before tax).

International Shipping Rates and Policy
**We are currently not offering international shipping.**
Non-Refundable
Meghan Telpner Inc is not responsible for Lost/Stolen/Mis-routed/Not Received packages. If such a misfortune occurs, for our part, we will file claims with the post service on your behalf. If an undelivered package is returned to us, you can choose to: 1. Receive a refund for the items bought (minus the initial shipping fee) or 2. We can collect another shipping payment from you and attempt to reship the items that were returned to us.
Return Policy
All of your purchases from Meghan Telpner Inc. are covered by our 30-day money back guarantee on all sealed items. We also offer a 48-hour response time (Monday through Friday) on your e-mail requests. Please e-mail or call our customer service within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. If you do NOT get a response to your email or phone call within 48 hours, it is safe to assume the correspondence was not received, and you should attempt to contact us again.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund -- less shipping and handling- when in it's original sealed package and/or unused. Customer is responsible for shipping any unwanted product back to us. Please see return protocol below.

Retreat Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy
By submitting this deposit and/or registration form I agree to the following:
I agree that Meghan Telpner, Meghan Telpner Incorporated, group leaders and other service providers associated with this package shall not be held responsible for any damages, loss or delay. I agree to assume all risks associated with the trip and agree that no liability will attach to Meghan Telpner, Meghan Telpner Incorporated, group leaders and other service providers for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damage to property or health.
Neither Meghan Telpner or Meghan Telpner Inc. shall be held liable or responsible for any expenses including but not limited to lodging, meals and transportation incurred by delays or other undesirable issues outside of our control. Our package prices, unless otherwise indicated, includes accommodations, airport transfers on the retreat start and end dates only, meals as outlined and at a set time and location, as well as excursions and activities set on the itinerary. Meghan Telpner Inc. reserves the right to change the program schedule if necessary. If you choose to make other meal arrangements or not participate in any part of the group itinerary no part of the package price is refundable due to non-participation. Alcoholic beverages are not included. We are more than happy to arrange additional activities and excursions for you "a la carte" and you will be responsible for the cost of additional activities.
A non-refundable $500 deposit will reserve your space. The balance is due on or before 90 days prior to departure date. If payment is not made in full by this date, you will be charged a 2% late fee for every business day that payment is delayed. Your spot may be released on a first come basis to individuals on the waiting list. If your spot can be filled, $300 of your deposit will be returned. Reservation is effective upon receipt of the deposit and follow-up registration form.
If you are unable to come due to any reason you may send someone in your place or contact us for information on wait-listed individuals. If only the deposit has been paid, the new participant should pay you the deposit and you should notify us of the name change. The new participant should pay the remaining balance, due 90 days prior to departure. If full payment has been made, simply have the new participant pay you the full amount and notify us of the name change. Note: Only one name change per reservation. Name changes may occur up to 5 days prior to departure.
Because our prepayments are not refundable, we highly recommend that you protect your investment with travel insurance for your trip.
All participants must fill out a registration form in order to participate. Submission of the registration form along with receipt of payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and the Meghan Telpner, Meghan Telpner Incorporated cancellation policy.
Culinary Nutrition Program Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy
By submitting your deposit and/or registration form you agree to paying the full tuition for the program and the following:
A non-refundable $500 deposit will reserve your space. The balance is due on or before 30 days prior to start date of the program. At this time, if full payment is not received, we reserve the right to open your spot up to anyone on the waiting list. If you spot fills, we will refund you your deposit less $200 administration fee. Registration is effective upon receipt of the deposit and application form and written acceptance. Payment of the deposit commits you to the full payment for the program.
If you must withdraw from the program, at least 30 days notice, prior to commencement of the program is required. If withdrawal from the program is made at least 60 days prior to the commencement of the program, you are eligible to receive a return of the deposit, less $200 administration fee.
If you withdraw within between the 30 and 60 day period, it becomes your responsibility to find a suitable applicant, or contact us for information on wait-listed individuals. The new participant will need to apply for acceptance into the program. Withdrawal within 30 days of the program will result in a 50% refund less the $500 deposit. No refund will be granted after the commencement of the program.
