Sweet Talkn' From You To Me (I'm Talking Testimonials Here)

Megan brings a refreshing personality and passion to nutrition.  I have never witnessed an approach to nutrition that is so real and so infectiously fun!  Meghan creatively inspires us to realize that our approach to nutrition should be natural in its foundation, devoid of strict rules and instead with the flexibility that allows us to lead a healthy lifestyle without the constant pressure of dieting.  Absolutely love it!

- Brent Bishop, President of Think Fitness and fellow ‘expert’ on The Marilyn Denis Show

I don’t play by the rules, and it is truly exciting to meet and collaborate with someone else who also makes up her own fun and games – and likes to stir the pot too. Meghan’s most special recipe is combining real food with science, nutrition, health care, colourful outfits, self-deprecation, laughter and real life that makes her a shining inspiration. She also has the greatest self-created vocabulary – barftastic, poopershnickled, wowzeriffic…. So, although Meghan’s recipes may be fantastic (make as many of them as you can!), it’s her delivery and attitude that makes Meghan the superhero!

The girls have had such positive feedback from your seminar! They loved your enthusiasm and the knowledge you brought to the table. Some are so pumped that they want to come and take some of your cooking classes, which I think is great! I would love to organize a weekend trip with them to come see you. Thank you so much for speaking with our group. They are unique and impressionable so I feel, we as nutrition and health lovers, must advocate healthy lifestyles to them while making it fun. I will definitely keep you in mind for future events!

Just wanted to let you know how much i love your blog and recipes. I love food and cooking and kale (i try to eat some everyday). I've been a vegetarian for years, and recently have been trying to eat 80% raw, though this doesn't always happen. I find your blog and food ides inspiring and reading them always gets me back on track. I only wish I was in Toronto to attend some of your workshops and retreats! Just wanted to say thanks for sharing all your food wisdom and i look forward to reading more.

You  offer me many things and for that I am truly grateful. You encourage me to continue eating the way I eat, practicing that which I do. You affirm slowing down in a fast paced world where some forget to slow down... to really appreciate what our bodies can do, what we want them to do, that life is about good intention, being real and genuine, recognizing there is enough for all.   You emit this in your blog, you share of your information and you also recognize the need to honor your work. As a result you benefit and so do many around you.

-Aviva, blog reader and health train rider

I just want to say thank you. Your videos have inspired me to improve my eating habits as well as my health. Your bubbly personality and intelligence has totally got me hooked to your videos! If only I lived in Canada I would of took your classes. But anyway just want to wish you the best and keep making videos!:)

You are an absolute inspiration and you don't know how much I have gotten from reading your daily words. There is a pic of you teaching a cooking class on my vision board.Thank you so much for all that you do!! You bring a smile to my face daily and I'm often yelling at my computer screen "hell yeah Meghan you tell 'em!!". Don't stop spreading the truth in the cute, fun, awesome way you do.

Without even knowing it, you have been hugely inspirational for me.  Since I "discovered" you last summer, I have looked forward to your postings daily.  I've learned so much from your blog as well as from your tutorials and your e-book.  I value your health advice, I am in awe of your knowledge, and I greatly appreciate your approach to wellness.  Still, I'm most inspired by how you have found and truly live your passion.

- Jeanna M

Meghan, I just need to say "brava!" to you and the information you're providing to make people healthier and happier. Your posts beautifully articulate my realizations about healthy eating (and living) exactly, and I am so happy that you are there charging ahead, sharing all this very important (and life changing!) info with the world. For me, it's been hard to come up with food ideas that follow my dietary restrictions. It's so great to have your library of recipe ideas to draw from. Starting last weekend I tried a few of your recipes, and my tummy feels so happy right now - and I don't remember the last time it felt this good!
