A lifelong lover of good food and a graduate of the University of Guelph (a.k.a "Moo U"), Maeve has worked in hospitality focused online community management for the past four years. Bringing forward exceptional guest services and a devotion of community building, Maeve joins the Love in the Kitchen team as a new business developer and online community manager. She is a big fan of outlandishly spicy foods, traveling the globe and writing/ranting about politics.

Kristin Dovbniak

Kitchen Manager + Private Kitchen Skills Coach

Kristin is amazing and we are so excited to have her join us in 2012 as our Kitchen Manager. She is a Trained Natural Foods Chef, Culinary Nutrition Expert, a freelance writer, and food blogger with a passion for healthy food.  She attended Liaison College, majoring in Culinary Arts to learn the skills needed to show people that health food really can taste great! She hopes to combine her passion for nutrition with her love of food by opening her own natural foods catering service in the near future and is very excited to join the Love in the Kitchen family! 

We are thrilled to have Kristin move forward with us from our nutritionista intern to our resident private chef. Not only is she now offering her skills for private kitchen training, catering, in-home chef services among other goodies, Kristin will also be one of our first graduates from our Culinary Nutrition Expert Program.

Sondi Bruner

Online program coach + Superstar guest blogger

Sondi Bruner a holistic nutritionist, food blogger and freelance writer who can't stop dreaming about what to create in the kitchen. She believes that fresh, whole foods contain tremendous power and are the key to feeling healthy, energetic and joyful.

Originally from Toronto, Sondi moved to Vancouver in 2003 to complete her graduate degree at UBC's School of Journalism and has worked in public relations, marketing and communications for non-profit organizations.

Sondi's enthusiasm for food, nutrition and health compelled her to switch career paths and return to school. She's a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where she immersed herself in her studies and realized how much amazing, yet daunting, information there is about nutrition. It's her goal to help people wade through the mud and figure out what works best for their lifestyles.
