    A great companion to Undiet the book. Top-notch videos, awesome PDF downloads–this has it all! As a newbie to cooking (and someone who doesn’t really enjoy cooking period), I found it fun and accessible. Can’t believe I’m actually making almond milk, granola and quinoa salad! Still got tons to learn and try, but this course makes it accessible and fun. Thanks Meghan for all the awesome teachings!
