I am super thrilled that you have chosen to check out the goodness that is The Awesome Life Detox. This isn’t your typical detox program, as I’m not going to be telling you what you can and can’t eat (though I might make a suggestion here and there).
The goal of this program is to help us take a step back from the nitty gritty of being in our lives every day and start to wake up to the awesomeness that surrounds us. We’ll also be taking on some practices to truly enable us to be the most awesome versions of ourselves.
We can feel genuine gratitude for what surrounds us, let go of the attachments that have us gripping and take a fresh look at how we’re living. This way, we’ll invite magic to fully unfold in our lives.

The Awesome Life Detox was inspired by you! I am on the receiving end of dozens of health questions daily, and am inundated with new cleanses, supplements, products, online programs for health, business, and fitness. It’s a lot and it can become super stressful.
The goal of The Awesome Life Detox is to help all of us to take a step back together over 10 days, take a deep breath and look at the big picture of the lives we’re living (and the ones we want to be living).
I wrote this with you in my mind. Yes, you.
The program is 10 days long.
This isn’t a detox that involves skin brushing, psyllium and green juice, unless you want it to.
Diet is not the focus (though you will have a binding contract with yourself that limits the crap you can eat).
This is, as the title suggests, a LIFE detox. Each day of this detox, we address an area of life that needs a little extra love and care.
The core focus is poking and prodding the nooks and crannies of our lives that need our attention.
These 10 days are going to be game changing as we explore everything from the space we live in, the things we collect, the thoughts we think, our relationships with ourselves, our love for our feet (yep!), the art we create in our cubicles, and where our money goes each month. There’s more, too. And yes, all in 10 days.
Each day also includes a new practice to try on for size, focussing on a different area of life, plus ongoing daily practices we can pick up if the feeling’s right.
The focus of the detox is your health, your happiness and ultimately, how to live the most fulfilling, awesome life possible.
Ten days. You can handle ten days, right?
Ten days is easy.
Each day for the duration of the 10-day program, we will explore a different area of our lives as follows:
Day 1 – Your Thoughts: How to become less reactive to your stressful thoughts and enable your thoughts to shape the life of your dreams.
Day 2 – Your Vision: Cultivate a clear vision of what you want most in life so you know how to make the best choices every day.
Day 3 – Your UnDiet: Diet has to come in at some point, right? Here we address how we let food affect our habits, how our habits affect our food choices and the best strategy to make it all work together.
Day 4 – Your Attachments: The stuff you grip on to. Some of it is worth keeping, but mostly it’s weighing you down. On day four, you’ll learn how to shake it loose.
Day 5 – Your Space: The space you live and work in affects your feelings of calm and productivity. Discover simple ways to enable your space to serve you best.
Day 6 – Your Finances: The money talk. Time to figure out how you can afford to live the most awesome life ever (hint: you don’t need more money to do it!)
Day 7 – Your Work: You may be working your dream job, you may be building your dream job or you may only be dreaming of your dream job. It’s actually all one and the same. You’ll find out how that works!
Day 8 – Your Relationships: We often fail to spend enough time on our relationships, but they’re truly what fuels us. There’s one relationship you are ignoring and that’s the one we’ll address.
Day 9 – Your Gratitude: As it turns out, at a the flick of a switch (in our minds), life actually is amazingly awesome. Together, we flick that switch.
Day 10 – Your Plan: Here’s where we take on the other 355 days of the year and make them awesome, too.
Each day of the program includes a specific practice that I’m asking you to take on. Sometimes I explain why, sometimes you’ll just know why, and sometimes, you’ll all have a different reason why. These daily practices will be accompanied by an email that will include my favourite tips, tools, and resources to help you make the most of the day, and your life!
