16 Inspiring Documentaries To Watch Now!

documentaries

I love watching documentary films. Even the documentaries I’ve watched years ago at the beginning of my business are still relevant and important to watch. In many ways, I wish that weren’t the case. I wish GMOs were now labelled, if not banned, and I wish charities were more honest about how money from pink ribbon campaigns are actually used, and that more serious actions were being taken to support our changing climate.

What is exciting to see is that change is happening – but it’s not coming from up top. It’s coming from us, down here, making noise, making more conscious purchases and raising awareness, which in turn is raising the standards of the brands we love.

And so, just in time for the season when we like to curl up with some tea and hunker down, here are some amazing documentaries that had an impact on my view of the world and the choices I make.

  2. Thank you so much for sharing this great list and all your candor and honesty generally! You are so inspiring and light up so many lives!

  3. You forgot Vaxxed! Great movie for anyone that has ever gotten a vaccine. So much great info! It’s now available on Amazon Prime!

  4. I stopped in my tracks when I saw “AWAKE: The Life of Yogananda”. I was introduced to his book 30+ years ago. I used Daily Planners by the Self-Realization Fellowship and subscribed to the magazine they published. Such a peacefulness surrounded him. I have been looking at getting back into yoga and seeing that blast from the past has made me think I’m getting a message – “Do it! Stop thinking about it!” I hope I can find that documentary in some form or another. I would love to see it!

  5. Meghan:

    Thanks many times over.
