Chimichurri with Parsley, Basil, Cilantro and Oregano

A delicious chimichurri that uses a variety of green herbs for a balanced and delicious flavour addition to any meal.


  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped basil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano or 1 Tbsp fresh and finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and store overnight in the fridge to let the flavours mix.
  2. Serve over your favourite protein or on just about everything!
