Description
A simple dairy-free frozen ice cream treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups coconut kefir
- 3 Tbsp raw honey (or more to taste)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
- Transfer to popsicle molds and set in freezer for 3-4 hours.
- To remove, run under slightly warm water for 10-15 seconds.
