What a week it has been. I have been doing my very, very best to abide the rules I wrote myself with my 21 Days To Health, program. My most favourite challenge of course is on day 3 when we must get ourselves to bed early. There are three things I love to bits that help me sleep like a baby.
- Sleep mask to block out the light.
- Lavender essential oil sprinkled on my pillow
- 3 capsules of Peaceful Spirit- my most fave bed time supplement in the whole wide world (more on that next week)

- They have to be delicious!
- They have to contain a healthy balance of local/seasonal fresh produce and superfoods and superherbs for extra power.
- They must be low glycemic otherwise I'll be jonesing for a muffin an hour later.
Hydration Station Smoothie
6 leaves of romaine lettuce
5 inches of cucumber
2 dried dates (soaked if possible)
1 cup watermelon
1 Tbs hemp seeds
½ Tbs ginger
pinch of cayenne
1 Tbs goji berries
5 drops of Ocean’s Alive
1 tsp MSM
1 Tbs prepared Irish Moss
2 tsp buffered vitamin C powder
1 cup ice
2 cups water or chilled Minty Igloo Nourish tea
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
Green Power Cancer Kicker Juice
1 cucumber
5 stalks celery
1 broccoli stock
2 kale leaves
2 cups parsley
1/2 lemon
1/2 fennel bulb
1 head bokchoy
1 inch ginger
1 apple or 1 cup blueberries (optional)
