Ingredients

- 6 cups water
- 1/4 cup sliced ginger root
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1–2 sprigs of mint (optional)
- 2 tbsp honey (or to taste)
Instructions
- Put ginger and water into pot and bring to a boil.
- Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Once ginger is decocted add lemon juice and mint and let sit.
- Add honey to taste and voila – delicious
