Ginger Tea

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 1/4 cup sliced ginger root
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 sprigs of mint (optional)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Put ginger and water into pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Once ginger is decocted add lemon juice and mint and let sit.
  4. Add honey to taste and voila – delicious
