My recent travels to Ottawa happened to coincide with my favourite day of the year- Earth Day. I had the opportunity to kick it at CTV Morning Live to share my top tips on how you can green your diet for earth day and for everyday!

Greening the diet is something we should aim to do everyday, all year long, so hopefully some of these tips will inspire you!
