Love In The Kitchen Playlist

Cooking is my relaxation. It is my creative endeavor, my meditation, my fun. An afternoon in my kitchen with a fridge and cupboards full of ingredients waiting for me to shake 'em up  into some delicious, healthful concoction of goodness. Depending on the day or week I have been having will depend on whether my personal cooking time is accompanied by silence or by music. When there is music, is has to be just the right music. Inspired by Jenn Pici, a sweet yoga goddess who is guiding my yoga retreat in Dominica, I decided to share my Love In The Kitchen Playlist.

My music taste is eclectic to say the least, but these songs me me smile, and that is what being in the kitchen for me is all about. Smiling, nourishing and loving. It is like my own little Kitchen Love In, party of one.

Curious about what songs do it for you.
