In honour of ourΒ online program, UnDiet: Meal Prep Made Easy, we decided to theme our weekend recipe post accordingly. These are three recipes that aren't included in our program- but are very similar to some, and so you can get a little taste (get it?) we are sharing them as part of our weekend recipes. Β Of course, there are only three below and our online course will have over FORTY meal prep recipes...but I digress.

    Veggie power salad - check! Thanks for the pre-farmers'-market inspiration this morning! It took FOREVER (or so it seemed!) but it is delicious and this recipe made a tonne!
