My New Podcast: Introducing On My Mind

On My Mind Podcast

Here she is! On My Mind has officially launched, or at least the trailer has.

Some of you have been reading my blog for over a decade, and some of you are brand new. Perhaps you may dip in once a while or you might be a dedicated subscriber and read every note and every post. I have always aimed to write about topics that interest me and tried to have something for everyone while recognizing fully that I am not for everyone. That’s okay.

The reason for my new podcast is to have a new way to reach you, share, and continue supporting you in whatever capacity you may need.

As an introvert in an extrovert world, I find my solace and recharge by going within, asking big questions, and taking deep dives to find answers. This blog, which I have been writing since 2008, is the physical manifestation of those meanderings in my mind and in my research.

For over a decade I have shared my findings, my thoughts, ideas and details of what is motivating and inspiring me in this blog. But times change and mediums change. I started thinking that maybe there could be another way to share. Hence the idea for this podcast, or what might more accurately and cringingly be called a ‘blogcast’.

This podcast is intended to be an opportunity for me to share some of my writings with you in my own voice.

It will include new and old selections from this blog that explore some big topics as well as seemingly small but important details of life. Ultimately, my intention with the podcast is to offer inspiration and strategies that support our mental and physical health, and the health of the planet during this strange time.

We are experiencing a leap in evolution and a global elevation of consciousness – and like many of you, I am trying to find my way through it without being taken down by the stress of it all.

In the On My Mind podcast, I’ll also be sharing conversations with the people in my life who inspire me, who have acted as my north star, and who provided me with guidance and inspiration over the years. I am, of course, always open to requests if there’s someone you’d love me to interview.

Some episodes will be bite-sized gems, under ten minutes, while some may be longer.

My hope is that with every episode, you’ll be left with something to consider or try in your own life and that together we can raise the frequencies in which we operate – an energy that is positive, kind, and hopeful.

Mostly though, I hope that tuning into these episodes will offer you a dose of lightness, an exhale and release from the stress of day-to-day patterns, and some simple ways to rise above the chaos that surrounds us.

Without further ado, here is the trailer (which is mostly a spoken version of what I just wrote above).
