Do you know what the above picture is? It's what 200 calories looks like. Not all of it together, but each individual group of items. 3 eggs, 4 slices of whole grain bread, nacho chips, half a candy bar...

As I am sure you have heard, we have a group coached program starting a week from Monday on September 24th and it's all about cleansing out bad habits, getting educated on proper choices and perhaps most importantly, understanding the influence food can have on our energy levels, weight, quality of sleep, cravings, brain function, and stress levels. It all starts with our fuel.

The Fab DetoxΒ is not like those faddy, trendy, drop the pounds and gain them right back cleanses. The reason this sweet little 16 program is so kickass is because it is actually changing the way people are eating long after the 16 days are over.

Here's the thing- I am not expecting or even asking you to change each and everything in your life- or anything in particular for that matter. The Fab Uplift Detox suggests some new things you might want to try and suggests some past habits you might want to ditch. What that means is at the end of the 16 days, you get to decide what you're going to keep going with- what you can handle and sustain, and ditch the stuff that you don't like, or that you're not ready for.

Easy. No pressure.

The result is that we have past registrants playing along again and again and each time they do it- they are able to sustain a new level and their health and life is unfolding in amazingly delightful ways.
