Guest:Β Brendan BrazierΒ is a professional Ironman triathlete, bestselling author on performance nutrition, and the creator of an award-winning line of whole food nutritional products called VEGA.Β He is also a two-time Canadian 50km Ultra Marathon Champion. I had the opportunity to chat with Brendan about his book, transitioning to a plant based diet, the balance of our diet and the environment and did my best to find out some personal nuggets.

    I love Brendan Brazier and Vega products. I travel a lot and am always sure to bring my Vega with me. Excited for this book!

    I'd love to learn more about plant-based diets. I have recently started focusing my energies on educating myself about a "holistic" approach to life. This would be a good starter read:)

    Awesome! I am currently reading The Thrive Diet (another of his books) and last night I made one of his delicious (raw) energy bar recipes from it. This book above is on my wish list. Brendan Brazier is an inspiration!
