- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp mesquite powder (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maca (optional)
- sprinkle of coconut sweetened cacao nibs or bittersweet dairy-free chocolate chips.
- In a food processor, blend together the nuts, banana, vanilla, mesquite and maca.
