  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp mesquite powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maca (optional)
  • sprinkle of coconut sweetened cacao nibs or bittersweet dairy-free chocolate chips.


  1. In a food processor, blend together the nuts, banana, vanilla, mesquite and maca.
  2. Serve in a small bowl and sprinkle with cacao nibs or chocolate chips.
