Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, soaked for 2 hours
- 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process until smooth
