Ready for a treat!? This brittle, though it is made with 100% super-powered superfoods is so awesomely amazing that it will taste like a decadent treat. If you do nothing else but make this, and have a little everyday, you are already adding a massive amount of super-powered nutrition to your life. You are not limited simply to adding 'flare' as our guest blogger referred to her superfood mix on Tuesday, but you can use this raw chocolate dipping sauce for fruit, to drizzle over your fave cookies, or perhaps even your coconut milk ice cream. Imagine... eating MORE chocolate, and getting healthier.
I am sure you can think of all kinds of amazing things to do with a warm, melted chocolate sauce, but I will leave that to your sweet and super-powered imaginations. Oh, hmmm.... did I mention what these superfoods do for your libido, circulation, nervous system and hormone balance? Just saying... its up to your sweet imagination.

Superfood Chocolate Brittle
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: None
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 3 Tbs raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- "Flair" superfoods- coconut, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs, almonds, etc.
Blend together or melt together over low heat using a double boiler method (large pot with water, smaller pot inside the larger pot for melting chocolate- keeping direct heat away from pot with chocolate).
Then mix in your ‘flair’- coconut, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs… whatever you have around.
Lay out on a cookie sheet and stick in the freezer to harden
Break into pieces and enjoy… but not all at once!
