Ingredients

- 3/4 cup cashews, soaked, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
