A delicious and simple dairy-free sour cream alternative


  • 3/4 cup cashews, soaked, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt


  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
