- 1 cup mixed nuts/seeds of choice
- 2 Tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- pinch of sea salt
- Preheat oven to 350
- Toss nuts in maple syrup, coconut oil and sea salt
- Lay out on a parchment lined cookie sheet
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
