You best be joining me from 2-4 pm at my UnDiet signing event at Chapters in Bloor West Village (2225 Bloor Street West).
I am thinking that with so much UnDiet awesomeness in the west end of Toronto, that it might be the perfect way to have your own little UnDiet Living urban retreat. Whether you are from Toronto or just outside, this area is packed to the brim with health loving activities, eating and shopping.
I have gone ahead and planned your Saturday, May 11th for you around High Park, the Junction and Roncesvalles. This is a great thing to do with your bestest friend, your love, your momma pre-Mother's day or enjoy solo-style. I am sure you will run into other UnDiet enthusiasts along the way. Consider this your West-End-UnDiet-Living-Crawl (like a pub crawl but opposite!)
Perhaps let yourself be known by wearing the brightest spring colours you have!
First Stop: Breathe Yoga: 8:15 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Hop on over to Breathe Yoga in the Junction (there's a location in Bloor West, too!) and get your Ujjayi breath flowing with an early morning practice. I find practicing yoga first thing sets the tone for the whole day- and makes the world that much more of a shiny place.
Second Stop: The Beet: 10:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Stop by the Beet and grab post-yoga fuel in the form of freshly organic pressed juice and an organic salads. So fresh and so good!
Third Stop: Bunner's: 11:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.

Pick up some of Bunner's AH-MAZING Gluten-Free and Vegan Cinnamon Buns which are world famous (and rightfully so). If you want to try out their raved about gluten-free breads, be sure to order in advance.

Two awesomely amazing natural and organic food stores in the Junction make the perfect stops for planning a picnic lunch (see next stop).
Fifth Stop: High Park: 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
High Park is truly a gem in our fair city- a wonderful untouched area of lush forest and streams. I'd hop over to sit and picnic beneath the Sakura Trees to enjoy the stunning Cherry Blossoms.
Sixth Stop: Chapters (Bloor West Village): 2 - 4 p.m.

Come and hang out with ME at Chapters Indigo and pick up a copy of UnDiet to be signed. I will be doing an intro to the book at 2:00pm and we'll be following it up with Q&A from you and then I get out my purple market and start signing!
