  • 4 local apples, sliced as thin as you can manage (leave the peel on)
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
Make It Like So
  1. Preheat oven to 200F.
  2. Slice apples and toss with cinnamon.
  3. Lay out on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for about 1 hour. Turn them over and bake for another 2-3 hours or until lightly browned and crispy.
