  • 2 brown rice tortillas (or your favourite gluten-free ready-made tortilla)
  • 1 cup of your favourite pesto
  • Wild Leek Pesto
  • Asparagus Pesto
  • Lemon Basil Pesto
  • Bell Pepper Pesto
  • Kale + Lemon Pesto
Optional toppings (based on what you have on hand)
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Kale
  • Shredded carrot
  • Shredded beets
  • Sun dried tomatoes

Make It Like So
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spread pesto on your tortillas and add selected toppings. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes until crust is crispy and veggies are cooked.
  4. Serve with your favourite chilli oil or dip into your cashew mayo
