What is Foods For Healing?

Being sick, whether with the common cold, or dealing with long term chronic health challenges, impacts every aspect of your life. Going from doctor-to-doctor and practitioner-to-practitioner is costly- both in terms of time and money. The bottom line is that if we aren’t eating to support healing than no amount of supplements or medication will have lasting affect.

Foods for Healing isn’t some crazy-train diet. It’s a philosophy around choosing foods that support your health. With all the work that I do- I take what you call a Universal Approach to healing- meaning this will work with any kind of health challenges. What I do is look at the therapeutic properties of food so we can begin to use specific foods for their deliciousness and also for their healing potential.

What makes this program so unique and so absolutely essential is that I teach you how to be your own best health expert, how to assess benefits of certain foods and of course- how to make them taste awesome in meals. This course covers the path of disease from break down to healing to offer you a complete understanding of how it can all be fixed up!

    I was so excited to see an online class and i was interested in this class when i saw it. So it was a double whammy for me. I went through it quickly. Then im going through it again to soak the juicy info. The video quality was Meghan has a way to explain everything so clearly. She’s funny and very witty. got my kitchen all organized and the working sheets (pdf’s) are in a binder with tabs to separate the modules. I cleaned out my recipe book with tabs. Tried a few recipes. Started to do meal plans and grocery list for the week. So far so good. Im still learning and going to keep going at it.

    It’s two months later and I’m doing really well. My eating hasn’t
    changed a whole lot, but additions of
    daily chlorella is a huge help. I daily consume cocnut oil, coconut water, greens; I’ve been making the almond milk recipe and I love it. Also, daily kraut/kimchee and I’m using bone broth. Thnak you for the great gift of this class. I have told many people about you.
