A liver recipe to help parents introduce liver to the babies.
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 chicken livers
- 3–4 carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic (okay at the 8 month mark)
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- Pinch of salt
- just enough bone broth to cover
Instructions
- Simmered it for about 20 minutes
- Can purée with ghee and store in Mason jars, or scoop out the simmered livers and freeze whole.
