Flavourful dill sauce to enjoy with fish, chicken, tofu or as a salad dressing
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh dill
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- sea salt to taste
- Place all ingredients in your blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
