  1. Well, cooking won’t take away ALL of the healthy goodness, so these are still justifiable. I just made spiced cashews yesterday, I guess we are on the same nutty wavelength.

  2. This sounds so tasty amazing! What are your thoughts on the Ayurvedic principle that honey should never be cooked? (not only because it loses enzymes but also because apparently it makes it super unhealthy from an Ayurvedic standpoint?) Was wondering your thoughts on this?

  3. is it supposed to be all liquid when it comes out of the oven? Or did I do smth wrong? I am hoping it’ll solidify once cooled ;)
