  2. I’m off nightshades at the moment, should I add some other liquid in place of the tomato or can I just leave it out? Thanks; these look good!

You mention your breakfast is high fat and low glycemic – can you tell us what it is.

  4. These look good. I don’t have a dehydrator, though. Do you think I could experiment with baking them in the oven or could that destroy of the good fat in them?

  5. Silly question. Earlier in your post, you mentioned that whole flax seeds cannot be digested by the body and should be avoided. The seeds are whole in this recipe. Does soaking them change them?

  6. I have tried to make kale chips and other crispy treats as my husband and I have just started to eat plant based. I would like to get a dehydrator. What do you use or what is your dream dehydrator?

  7. ‘- Was wondering what test you used or recommend to determine if you aren’t converting estrogen into their metabolites? Thanks!

  8. Thanks for the recipe. Just reminded of my mom when she began as a hairdresser in the 30’s. They would boil flax seed and strain the gooey liquid to use as wave set for those fingerwave styles. They kept it in a frig and could only keep it for a week, after that, it would go rancid. Just thought I’d share that.
