  1. Thank you for this, I totally agree. I started running in the park by my daughter’s dance studio a couple years ago. Since then, I find myself with this strong desire to be outside all the time. I love the smells and sounds of nature…it just relaxes me. I’ve been wanting to start hiking and would love to attempt kayaking or canoeing. This great info just makes me want it even more! Thanks :)

  2. My family and i spent the last 4 days of our holidays going for nature walks in the woods. We all feel so relaxed afterwards. We have found that it can change our bad/anxious moods to a much calmer and peaceful state, even after just 30 minutes in the forest. We have made a family goal of going at least 3 times a week to maintain these benefits.
