  1. I would like to ask your advice about what king of Dr. I need to see. I am turning 73 this month. I take no RX meds, but take a lot of natural supplements including antioxidants, and just started taking pills for brain support.
My question concerns two falls I have had that we’re not balance issues, but one was from our Black lab knocking me down when I already had one leg in the air pushing something out of my path. I landed on my knee. Was able to get up and walk A few weeks later I was walking back to my car from a fast food restaurant, with wind blowing in my eyes. (I have a benign essential blepharism.) There was a step up that I couldn’t see due to the wind in my eyes and it was dark out. I fell on the same knee. I can walk ok most of the time unless I twist and then it hurts and I have weakness. Question is what kind of doctor would be best to see for therapy to strengthen the affected area?

  2. Your article seems very informed and useful. But its virtually impossible for some of us older folks to sort through all the needed data we need to make an informed decision on supplements. I see you didn’t make any recommendations on brands. That may be by design for showing your independence. However, I’m sure many of us would be very happy to get y our suggestions. Otherwise we are just going to keep buying the “crap” you have referred to.
