  3. This looks delicious! I’m cottaging in a few weeks and am going to put this on the menu.

Hope you had a winderful, relaxing weekend Meghan!

  4. Yum Delicious! I am on lots of food restrictions as well to deal with some lingering allergy symptoms. Love this recipe and will be whipping it up very soon!

  5. Congrats on the engagement. Haven’t checked in here for a while; what happy news. So, any thoughts on a good soy-free, banana free make-at home yogurt-type concoction? Banana’s and i had a disagreement a few years ago that has yet to be resolved. Brain said to stop eating them; body explained why when i didn’t listen to brain. We’re working on the communication thing…

  6. I am so digging on this hemp-gurt! Brillant idea. I am thinking of rocking this with some avocado just as soon as I get some irish moss.

  7. I’ve had this on my “gotta make” list for a loooong time and finally made it for breakfast this morning. It is amazing. I ran out of hemp seeds so I made it with 1/2 hemp and half cashews. I prepped it the night before and poured it into cups. It thiclened up nicely overnight and tasted great. Definitely becoming a breakfast staple!
