  1. I don’t have allergies but my boyfriend has terrible allergies. I put him on a lot of the supplements and dietary changes you mentioned but I also use bioflavanoids. probiotics and fish oil. I’m still working on finding a good combination for him and each year allergy season gets a little easier.
