Must Watch! Smoothies for Virility and Vitality on Oh So Cosmo Tv

I wondered if I would score another kitchen date with Wilder after we chatted about poo juice the last time- and, apparently, the desire to return was too great.  Wilder came over to play in the kitchen and this time we chatted all about Superfood smoothie loving and how incorporating certain Superfoods into your diet can have that bowchickabowbow (read: increased libido) effect.

Check out what Wilder had to say on his blog about about his visits to my little kitchen.

"Meghan Telpner might be one of my favourite people in Toronto. Sure she gives me a hard time about my quick, cheap and fast food habits but I can't argue with her, she knows what she's talking about. Meghan is a culinary nutrition expert and author who is all about healthy and surprisingly delicious food. On my latest Oh So Cosmo shoot with Meghan we made an amazing smoothie that I know many of you wanted the recipe for."

Aw, sweet words indeed! We think Wilder's visits are doing him well- one sip of that smoothie and he had quite the glow to him! (Tweet today's tweetable and let him know he was looking good thanks to smoothie love).

Watch all the fun right here and check out the recipe below:

haha love the videos you guys do together! for the green tea ice cubes would you generally brew a stronger batch of green tea before freezing? also i have never frozen an avocado before! does it change the texture much? i often have avocados going bad before i can eat them all... so this could be my solution!

Brew the green tea as you generally would- often we freeze leftover tea so not to waste! As for the frozen avocado- welcome to the rest of your life. The texture still remains creamy and delicious, but it adds a cold blast to the smoothie and you won't ever worry about rotten avocado waste again.

I am allergic to avocado, what would be a good substitute?

Meghan~ I tried to click the link to see what the protein powder was that you're using, and it didn't work. What kind do you recommend?
